Today I got a sleep in because the technical congress for weightlifting didn’t start until 3pm, however when we got there at 1pm and hung around for a few hours, we were eventually told that we didn’t need to be there. Bit of a waste of a day if you ask me, but that’s ok. I'm used to it. After work four of us went to Carrefour for a stock up – it’s a pretty amazing place, it has pretty much everything you would want to eat, plus much more that you would never want to eat – eg. Turtle. I stayed home, cooked up a big bowl of tomato and ricotta pasta and tried to do some readings, but it was just too hard to concentrate so I ended up watching mindless tv instead.
