Today was a bit of a nothing day. We went to training as usual, but this time we finally have athletes at the Training Hall so Steve, Fisheep and I got the chance to interview some. Sandow Weldemar Nasution from Indonesia was the only guy we really got to talk to and although he wasn't a medal chance, his father was his coach, so that made a really nice little story.
After a horrid lunch, a nap and an icecream I went home to cook myself some veggies for dinner and get some much needed vitamins.
