Today was a better day. I spent a good part of the day in the training hall and managed to interview Ele Opeloge from Samoa and Paul Coffa, the General Secretary of the Oceania Weightlifting Institute – so the weightlifting flash quote team have been producing some good stuff. Thankfully the whole day was consumed with that. I also had my first coffee for the entire time we’ve been here, so that would explain why I am feeling rather perky tonight haha. I went out to the Red Lantern out on Public Toilet Street with my next door neighbours Jess and Rach, which turned out to be a really nice night when I thought I was just going to stay in by myself. Yay for good company. Unfortunately I got home early so the rest of the night will be dedicated to uni work. Boo!
